    Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts within the New York Tri-State Area.

    Age Requirement

    Clients must be 21 years of age or older to book or receive services. Misrepresentation of age will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

    Deposits & Cancellations

    • Deposits are fully refundable if canceled 7 days prior to the scheduled event

    • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will incur a 25% security deposit

    • Same-day cancellations will result in the full deposit being charged

    Damages & Liability

    Hookah Babes LLC reserves the right to charge for any damages resulting from negligence or misconduct by the client or their guests during the event.

    Professional Conduct & Safety

    All clients and guests must treat our staff with respect and professionalism at all times.

    Any form of inappropriate touching, harassment, or verbal/physical abuse will result in immediate termination of services without refund, and legal action may be pursued.

    Staff Safety & Event Conditions

    Hookah Babes LLC reserves the right to end services if conditions at the event location are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

    Staff Requests

    While we strive to accommodate staff preferences, availability is not guaranteed. In such cases, a qualified team member will be assigned.
